By using the Site or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described below.

Information you provide to us. When you fill out a contact or intake form, subscribe to our newsletter, register for an event, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, and any information you choose to include in your message. 


Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits, including through cookies and similar technologies.

3. Text Messaging (SMS) and Mobile Information 

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from us, we may send you messages related to appointments, case or matter updates, and other communications you have requested. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance. No mobile information collected for SMS will be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Where we use vendors to help deliver our text messages, those providers are permitted to use your information solely to deliver messages on our behalf and not for any other purpose. 


4. How We Share Your Information 

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances: 

  • Service providers. With trusted vendors who perform services on our behalf (such as website hosting, analytics, email, or messaging delivery), under obligations of confidentiality and only as needed to provide those services. 
  • Legal requirements. When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Firm, our clients, or others. 
  • With your consent. When you have directed or authorized us to share it. 

As stated in Section 3, information collected for text messaging is excluded from any sharing for marketing or promotional purposes.

You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, subject to our legal and professional record-keeping obligations. 


10. No Attorney-Client Relationship 

Submitting information through the Site, including any contact or intake form, does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not make your communication confidential or privileged. An attorney-client relationship is formed only after we have agreed in writing to represent you. Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information through the Site until such a relationship has been established.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the Site after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
